Bill Godfroy has been a respected leader in the legal community for decades. He has extensive litigation experience in both State and Federal courts. Bill is also a highly sought after mediator for divorce, civil, and probate disputes.
Bill received his B.A. from Western Michigan University in 1974 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1977, where he was a member of Law Review. He previously served as a Monroe County Assistant Prosecutor before entering private practice. Bill has served on numerous boards for civic and non-profit organizations including 35 years with Legal Services of South Central Michigan.

Robert Wetzel

Bob specializes in Personal Injury Litigation and has practiced in this area since 1991. He graduated with a B.A. from Kent State University, an M.A. from Michigan State University, and his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.
Bob has practiced in State courts throughout Michigan and is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In addition to representing clients, Bob is a Case Evaluator for Monroe County Courts and a state-licensed Civil Mediator. He is also a Hearing Panelist for Michigan Attorney Discipline Board.

BILLY R. JEFFERS

Billy has expertise in multiple practice areas to serve our clients’ needs. He graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting from Oklahoma Christian University in 2000, an M.B.A. from the University of Toledo in 2003, an M.S. in Energy Legal Studies from Oklahoma City University in 2013 and received his law degree from the University of Toledo in 2019.
Billy’s previously worked in Personal and Commercial Banking for Fifth Third Bank, Insurance for Cincinnati Insurance Company, and as a Landman for Chesapeake Energy.
Billy is licensed to practice law in both Michigan and Ohio, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
