GWJ represents clients in general civil litigation matters of all types. These issues may arise out of, for example: business transactions, contract disagreements, insurance disputes, real estate deals, property disputes, sales transactions, and partner or shareholder conflicts.

The firm assists clients with business formation for Corporations, Partnerships, and LLC’s. We guide and counsel clients as they form their business ventures and draft governing documents including bylaws, shareholder agreements, and operating agreements. 

GWJ represents clients in a wide-variety of real estate matters. Many of these issues are transactional involving mortgages, deeds, and titles to property while others involve litigation over rights, boundaries, and ownership interests in land. 

Our firm has extensive experience in the myriad of statutes, ordinances, and regulations that affect governmental entities. Disputes with residents may require representation in meetings, hearings, and court proceedings.
